Is there a way to download jpegs without the AT&T compression? I have pics of my kids that I was going to download, but the compression is too high.

With WM5, it would display the pics in IE. Now, it makes me save the file somewhere and opens the pic in Pictures & Videos. The image is much smaller and highly compressed.

It's only a problem when the URL points directly to the jpeg and not an html file (i.e. www.theurl.com/picturename.jpg).

Disable the Cingular proxy. Search here for how to do that.
