    Hi, I very much like the application, but here are the two problems I've encountered after two days of use:
    1) When I tried to save an 80MB video, it kept saying "your storage does not have enough memory, please delete or uninstall unused items" or something like that. I had about 450 MB free on my memory card. When I canceled it, I checked my system storage and it was 1.xx, but when I downloaded it again and let it go past 33 MB (that's how much my storage I have on my Dash), it only asked me a few more times and it appeared on my memory card. I guess that's not really a problem, but maybe there's something I did wrong.
    2) When I downloaded the video, it was extremely choppy. The sound is continuous, but the video stops after 3 seconds, then I have to wait quite a while for it to catch up. And when it does, it plays for around 3 seconds and repeats itself. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I left it with the default "Raw FrameBuffer." I think it might be a DivX download, but I've tried all of the Video Driver settings and the video still plays really poorly.

    I read a couple pages, but I figured this might give me a faster answer than reading through all of them. Thanks.

    I'm think I have the HTC Rom on my Dash, if that helps at all.

    This hack actually works on the Motorola Q9C for Sprint. The screen and sound is so much better on the Q vs. my 700wx.
    ATT History- From 1997-2001-> Nokia 6362->Motorola StarTac->Nokia 8260.

    Nextel History From 2001-2004-> Motorola i1000-> Motorola i90c-> Motorola i95cl-> Motorola i730->Motorola i850.

    Sprint History From 2005 - Currently->Sanyo 5500-> Sanyo 5600-> Sanyo-> 7400->Sanyo 8300->Sanyo->7500-> Sanyo 9000->Sanyo 8400->Sanyo M1->PPC-6700->Treo 700wx->PPC-6800(Mogul)-> Motorola Q9C-> Treo 800w-> Curve->Treo 800w->Touch Pro->Treo Pro> Curve "M"->HTC Hero.

    I think I resolved my issue by clearing temp files, then history, then doing a power-off / power-on cycle.

    www.vtap.com for those having problems. So easy - works every time. Nothing to mess with. Just go to that URL from your device, install their app, and browse/search/playback videos to your heart's content.

    (why do people not want to use vTap? is it just too hard to get people to change their thinking from 'I must do the same on my handheld as I do on my PC' approach - meaning, I have to go to www.youtube.com on my device, just like I do on my PC' - ?? People!! There is another option - just install the vTap app on your device, and you can search AND PLAYBACK any video out there on the web. No need to hassle with all this stuff if you don't want to.

    I dunno - vTap just seems so much easier than all this hassling I'm seeing with Zbop's solution. I know I've posted this before, but I would go away and leave this alone, but everytime I check this thread it's the same thing 'I'm having some problem with the files' or 'I can't get this site to play' on and on.

    For those having problems, just install the vTap client and see what you think. Maybe worth it. I love it.

    (don't hate me - I'm just tossing this out there, and no, like I've said before, I have NO affiliation with vTap...)

    First of all, I'd like to thank zbop for his/her hard work. I was able to get this solution to work on my samsung blackjack 2. A little scared about it not working, I had installed vtap first.

    Here is my comparison of the two.

    Vtap
    pros: browse and play videos via the application. The application allows you to browse and search for videos and looks and probably is just a mobile website.
    cons: video quality is not a good as zbop solution (I compared the same video on both.)

    zbop's solution
    pros: the video quality is great.
    cons: browsing youtube on the IE browser is not a user friendly as the site is designed for regular computers.

    All in all, I prefer the latter because of the video quality and I can tolerate a less user friendly approach to getting to my videos.

    Thanks again zbop!

    It works great....I wish the link on the video sites for You Tube was m.youtube.com instead of the regular you tube, its easier to surf with the mobile version.

    Just copy them both to your storage card, no need to extract anything. Then, tap on them from the storage card and (my suggestion) install onto the phone memory (they both have to be installed on the same device, storage card or phone memory). These are both executable files and require no "extraction".
