I have the HSDPA hack working on the phone (800 kbit/sec) but when I use DUN I get much slower speeds (100-150 kbit/sec). This is whether I use USB or Bluetooth. I do understand that when using Bluetooth that it will be rate limiting, but I am not even acheiving the bt limit.

Is anyone getting HSDPA over DUN? Searching seems to give a conflicted view.

    Will PDAnet resolve this?

theres a few other threads on this if you would of used the search, but im pretty sure you need to have bluetooth 2.0 + EDR in order to get the hsdpa speeds through tethering.

    Thanks for your response.

I did search but didn't find a clear answer. Here is an example of such a thread where 1 person reports success and the other does not.

I do understand your point about BT 2.0 but even with USB, as my original post states, does not get me HSDPA speeds

if you are using the usb cable you cannot get hsdpa speeds only thru bluetooth 2.0+edr you need the edr to get the hsdpa speeds
