    Ok everyone, here is one for you... Using ActiveSync 4.5 on Exchange 2007 and a Treo 700wx.

    I would like to have two seperate folders for contacts. One for Work and one for Personal. I would like both folders to Sync with my Treo . I can only get the main default "contacts" folder to Sync, and cant' seem to find any options to select the sub folder "work contacts" under it. Any suggestions?
    Thanks for all the help out there!!!

    Good question. I have adopted the method of using two different computers with Outlook on them (each with seperate PST files). I use one for activesync on my Treo and use the other for work only, no activesync. I think you could do the same thing, effectively, with two different Outlook mail "profiles" on the same computer. Or by specifying a different address book in Outlook or something. I don't know, never tried. My situation is a little different than yours. I only need one list on my Treo, not two. What have you tried so far?

    I received this from another user group....

    Hi,

    ActiveSync doesn't support synchronization of Contact Subfolders. If you
    check the archives of this newsgroup you would find a couple of them. Here
    are few that you might want to take a look at:

    * ROSSync - http://www.odysseyinc.com/
    * Pocket Mirror - http://www.chapura.com/pmp_wm.php

    Chapura is the way to go.
    When I used palm os I always had great success with their products and the enhanced sync capabilities they provided. Always reliable and always bug free.
    Palm Pilot>Palm III>Palm Color>Palm m505>Palm T5>Treo700w>vzw Treo700wx>Maybe the next gen iPhone next.

    I agree 100% on Chapura - used it on every treo since the '90 though the 600. I am glad they have a WM product!

    I have another issue - anyone know how to STORE CONTACT AND EMAIL DATA ON AN SD CARD?

    If that doesn't work you can Categorize your contacts in Outlook (and on the Treo of course) - "Personal" "Work" and then filter the contact view on your Treo very easily - In Contacts>>Menu>>Filter>>It will list the catagories you can filter the view by...

    I have a bunch of categories "Work" "Personal" "Vendors" Restaurants" etc...

    A "poor man's" way of doing it but it works...and doesn't involve any $oftware...
