    I have some tiny mp3 clips and would love to use them as ringtones. Is there a way to make that happen?

    Just drop them into Windows/Rings and you can select them from your phone options.

    Doing a search for it on Google will get it as well. That's how I found it a year or so ago.

    place the .wma into the /windows/rings directory.
    Go to settings-->personal-->sounds and notifications
    select incoming call from the top drop own, and set "CTU office Phone" and the ringtome.
