    Hi everyone,
    The past few days my Treo's keyboard keys have been really difficult to use. Some require pushing down really hard in order for them to work. And in general the keyboard feels much less responsive then ever. I havent spilled anything on it, but it feels as if the buttons are a bit sticky. I also tried doing a hard reset, but that didn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions for as how i could improve the situation?
    any advice is appreciated

    Sounds like it's warranty replacement time to me.

    Yes, you should call Cingular, if that's your provider, and have them exchange the device for you. You have a year to do so, as long as it's not due to user abuse, which it doesn't sound to be.
