    i click on activesync on my treo 700wx

    instead of the normal activesync program it says:

    "To sync with a desktop computer, install ActiveSync on your computer and then connect this device."
    then it talks about exchange servers...

    looks like there's something wrong w/the program on the treo. Nothing has changed. i mean nothing. i havent synced in a few days, thats all.

    Help please!

    Is Activesync installed on your computer?

    Do you see it in the Tray bar on the bottom right corner?

    Are you trying to perform a wireless sync or via USB cable/docking cradle?

    Try performing a soft reset on your device and a reboot on your computer, then perform the activesync.

    activesync is installed and active

    sync via bluetooth no go (which worked before) and cable.

    still nothing after reset. will try reinstall.

    must have been a software issue... it was from the Pharmacists Letter... syncing worked before, i dont know what was wrong.

    I am having problems syncing, it connects, but does not sync. Any ideas?
