This one has me stumped. I've received 4 emails over the last couple of days that appear to be from ebay; however, these emails have only been received on my Treo - they have not come into my home Outlook and they are not visible on my webmail client (I have my email set up to leave a copy of my email messages on the email server for 14 days so that I can pick up my emails in several different places). Even weirder, these emails reference an email address of mine that is not associated with my ebay account and a member name that is not mine. I'm not sure what to make of this but it's a bit disturbing. Can anyone shed some light on this? Here is a copy of one of the emails with my personal info x'd out:

I get these emails also, but on the account associated with eBay. I sent a couple of them to the eBay abuse department. eBay has responded that they do not come from them. What I do now is delete them, without opening, when I receive these emails.

Did you only get them on your Treo? That's the thing that's most disturbing to me.

Do you have spam protection on outlook and your webmail client? Maybe that's why you only got it on your Treo.

Those are phishing messages. Just delete them. There are people out there with a scam for just about everything...

Yes, but I would still see the emails in my Junk Email folder and they aren't there. Like I said, these emails are only being received by POutlook on my Treo. It's really weird.

Bump on this. Does anyone know if there's a way to get header information in POutlook?
