    I'd like to keep it disabled, but for some reason it keeps coming back on?? As has been well documented on this site, voice command causes screwy behavior and I'd prefer to keep it off.

    are you using the bt headset button still? I think that renables it everytime. I actually stopped using that button and it quit happening.

    make sure its not in your startup folder as well.

    It was the BT headset button apparently that was turning it back on. Thanks!

    glad you got it fixed; although, it's annoying not being able to use your bt headset.

    anyone still using bt headset without issues? just curious

    This is frustrating. I had never had a bluetooth headset until recently, and I have a tendency to call one specific number if I accidentially press the button on my headset.
