    has anyone experienced the loss of sound in the earpiece in the middle of a call. It has happened to me several times. The call is still connected and I have the volumn increased to its max, but there is no sound at all in the earpiece.

    Can anyone help!?!?!?!

    Question 2: I have had the phone since January (or whenever it was released by Cingular). If the phone is bad what is the process to get it fixed, I suspect I just cant walk into a store and get a replacement.

    Have you tried a soft reset? Do you have any third party applications installed on your Treo? You might want to give Treo support a call, here is the link to the phone and/or email support:
