    Hi guys,

Can you tell me how to restore the speaker icon in the title bar. I don't like the battery icon at all.

Also which program can make the side button clickable? (not hold)

    thanks

    thanks

I'm with you. The battery icon is retarded. Anyone got any ideas?

Why do you want to touch the screen just to change the sound level? Just use the hardware keys. They can't be remapped anyway.

Yes, they can. Smartkey can make them act like scroll keys. I need get the speaker icon back so that smartkey can adjust the volume in today while keeping the scrolling function in other programs.

I know that works on the Wizard. Are saying that it works on the Treo?

Plus, I find the left/right page scrolling hack works much better than the Smartskey side button hack. As you may or may not know, the side buttons will work to scroll until the page is close to fully loaded.

Really? That's what I want. I tried in total commander, the side button didn't do anything. How to assign something to the side button.

Also where is the left/right page scrolling hack?

Yes, the smartkey works fine in treo 750 (not the OC part.).

    thanks.

    - Create a new key. Call it "KeyMaps" (without quotes)
    - Under the newly created "KeyMaps" create a DWORD Value. Name it "37" and give it a DWORD data value of "1" (without quotes)

It's only for IE hence the Internet Explorer registry section.

Got it. Do you know how to map a program to the side button? I tried AE button plus and it doesn't work.

Also how to quickly turn off screen during a call? Treo 650 will turn off the backlight after 10 secs. It seems treo 750 doesn't get this feature. I can open the windows media player, then using the hard buttons for toggle screen to do it, but I guess it won't be the good one. I also has the pbar installed which can also turn off the screen, but it need at least 6 clicks using the nav keys.

    thanks

PHM screen saver can be mapped to a hardware key to toggle off the screen.

AE Button Plus does work to remap all the side buttons. I have remapped both up and down vilume buttons to other apps. The Hold side button I have remapped its single, double and triple click properties. Do not use the provided Hold button in AE. Go to File>Add Button>and then click the side button. Then remap the custom created button that now shows up at the bottom of the button list.

Maybe this is the trick, let me try.
