I don't get it - I ran the DST patch from Microsoft yesterday and I woke up to find that, although the clock is correct, all my appointments are +1 hour! Same with my OUtlook desktop.

Anyone else have this issue? ANy suggestions?

Appointments between March 11 and April 1 will be off by an hour. Everything after April 1 should be as scheduled. Microsoft and Palm both noted the requirement for a manual fix for anything in that time period.

    Fun fun fun!

It's only 70" wide. I should have shot it for my 700wx instead of the wall!

    1) Update the PC were active sync and outlook are.
    2) then run the outlook patch
    3) then run the WM5 patch

I ran the Palm update and Microsoft Outlook updates the other day. I woke up this morning and my Treo's time was off an hour even though it showed me a message that the time was updated.

    Any clues?

I put in an appt this morning after manually changing the date on my Treo and the appt is not off an hour, but why did the update not work?

None of my appointments are off. I downloaded the patch for outlook and treo.
I'm wondering if this is the old "bug" where if you select Enable Local Network Time, the schedules are thrown off.

I don't think they ever dealt with this bug.

I had the same problem. Not sure if this is what happened to you but my Treo's clock was moved forward by 2 hrs instead of one.

Again, don't know if this applies, but you may want to visit this old Palm so called fix:

go to Palm.com and search for Solution ID: 42093

Odd thing is mine said it did the time update but the time was behind an hour like it made no change.

after I saw the message that dst was applied. I did a soft reset & then the the adjustment displayed correctly.

I installed all patches, and things were still off.
Two things I can tell you all...first, the adjustment program just messed things up more. Apply the patches...don't run the adjustment.
Second...after all patches are run, go to the time setting and change the time zone to anything...then back to the correct one for you. This lined everything up for me.
This morning PC and Treo had changed their clocks...I synced...nothing changed...all still okay.
It was not an easy solution provided by any of the vendors.
I actually got e-mail from Verizon at 3:14am telling me I should patch before March 11th.
Glad they are up to speed as always. What the hell do not technical people do with these buggy devices?
    Sheesh.

    LOL...I meant NON technical people

All right. I wiped my Palm Calendar clean and re-synced with Outlook. I think everything is back to normal now. So much the the Palm DST patch.

How do you wipe the Treo Calendar?
Can you wipe it without all the other PIM data?
    Thanks

I did the patches on pc,outllok, and treo. all my appointments are 1 hour + as well for the next few weeks. I think since the time I right on the pc and treo. something must have went wrong with the outlook patch. what a bummer.
