Just got back from a trip out of the country. I usually use activesync on a schedule to keep me up to date with the office. On my arrival oversees I turned off the schedule and manually used activesync to update when needed. When I returned and received my bill, I was astounded by the amount of my bill. From my conversation with Cingular it appears that my treo continued to connect on schedule ever though it was set to manual. Now it is up to me to prove to cingular that their is an issue. Has anyone else experienced this? Your help would be appreciated.
