Playing around with something writing multiple items to the registry at once and had a question..

Does the order in which the reg entries get written make a difference?

I think the answer depends. There are drivers that monitor these settings and order could matter. But most of the time it doesn't.

I noticed some disorderly freakiness when experimenting with "ClearHistory.mscr" that I wrote a few weeks ago.

Evidently, if I deleted, for example, the 3rd entry in a table of 6 elements (0-5), where the first entry was at position 0, then when PIE started up again, the list would re-order itself (0-4). However, if I deleted entry 0 and started PIE, the entire table would be gone.

So, I opted to delete all entries, in reverse order, then rebuild the list myself from a temp array starting at 0.
