    Just switched out to a new Treo 700wx and my computers activesync can not connect. Never been a problem before with this computer. HELP!!!

    what version of activesync are you using?
    are you connecting via usb or bluetooth?
    what is sync doing/not doing?

    Everything is exactly the same was when I sinked my replaced Treo 700wx last night. Windows, Activesync latest version, usb and im just getting a message that activesync cannot connect to my device. I trouble shoot and nothing. I just hard reset and nothing.

    uninstalled activsync and then reinstalled. We have connection.
