ANY page at all that I try in IE gives me the error:

"The page you are looking for cannot be found due to unknown error 0x80004005"

All of the other web related goodies (Exchange sync, Live Search, etc.) work fine.

    Any ideas??

Have you tried a soft reset?

Try clearing PIE's cache: Menu|Tools|Options...|Memory|Delete Files

Are you running PIE Plus v2? If so, uninstall it and see if the problem persists.

If none of those work, backup all your info and do a 'HARD RESET'.

Once I completely deleted the temp files, IE was back to normal.

I do have PIE Plus installed...
I also have SKTools installed with the temp files pointing to the SD card.
Do you think that either of these had anything to do with that error??

My advice is never set temp files to be on removable media like the SD card. Hacks that repoint things like that (which most programs will assume are in main storage memory) will cause programs to behave unpredictably. In your case, I have to assume that PIE tried to reload something but couldn't find it on the SD card. Unless a program is specifically written to use secondary storage, it is likely to fail un unpredictable ways if you try to trick it.
