is there a way to hit "select all" in outlook so that its easier to delete emails?

I have not found one but if you press the stylus on the first email and drag it across all emails to highlight them, you can then hit menu and select Delete.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing. Its a little troublesome. Anyone discover any other solution?

Well, I haven't tried actually deleting them, but you can select all the messages...

When in POutlook, open up the soft keyboard by pressing the little center keyboard button between the softkeys with your stylus. Hit "Ctl" then "a". Tada! Select all.

You can do the same thing on the qwerty keyboard, press the option key (the dark grey on on the left) then press and hold down the "a" key and highlight the emails with the 5-way navigator.

Pibe at ppcgeeks.com posted an application that provides select all/mark all read/delete all capability to POutlook. Here is the thread:

You may not be logged in over there. That could be why - do you have an account with ppcgeeks?...

I have been using this for months and it is THE ABSOLUTE BEST addition I have made to my Treo. Think about that. Of all the things I added, this makes my life easier the most.

It's simply fantastic. Small, and does exactly what it should. I highly recommend it.

I don't have an account. Can you post the file here?

Here you go. (I have not yet tried this program so I can't personally vouch for it).

Also, not sure if this is the same program, but here it is over at MSDN:

I use the markall, but had forgotten I installed it a while back. I use it for the "Mark All Read" functionality. However, I noticed the menu also has an option for "Delete All".
