Sprite Backup and Spb Backup are two of the best available for the WM platform.

A free copy of Sprite Backup was included on the 750's setup CD. The software is installed separately and is not installed during the setup process.

Yes, assuming you store the backup on the SD card and either you save it as a self-extracting backup (you don't have to run the backup app) or you run the backup app off the storage card.

    Thanks buddy..

I am still on the fence to give up my 650 for the 750... I think I can deal with the screen resolution..

I want to have a device that is AT LEAST as good as my 650.. Hopefully I can transfer my Tom Tom over to the 750.

Be aware that all of the backup solutions I have tried, including Sprite, will reset your Treo at least once if not twice in the process of doing a backup. If you're used to the invisible operation of BackupBuddy on a Palm Treo you're in for a rude awakening.

When I had a 650 I had BB do a backup to the SD card every morning around 5AM. It was reliable and unintrusive. If I tried that with Sprite, the 750 would let me know (sound or vibrate) twice for each backup.
