    Hi,

    I am having an issue with a friends 750. He is currently using mailstreet.com as his exchange host. So far, twice he has gotten an activesync error that say something along the lines of "a critical error has occured, you will lose all changes on your next sync".

    Once you hit sync, everything resyncs & all is well. However this has happened three times in the last three days.

    Any ideas on what might be causing the issue?

    Not sure what's causing it, but as with 99% of all activesync issues, delete the account on the device, reset the device, then re-enter the server settings. If the problem still occurs, please call us at 866-433-8787 x2.

    Wow, that is some service! Thanks Tom, if it happens again, I will setup the account again on the 750.
