I tried searching but no luck.... i know i saw this somewhere on here but i cant remember whether it was possible or not. I remember with other verizon phones you could actually tether your phone to a laptop lets say, and use ur evdo connection as a broadband modem for your latop lets say when ur in the car? Can this be done on the 700w?

This little piece of software works great for me...

I'm using it with my Verizon 700w and an unlimited data plan. No extra charges to pay above and beyond the data plan, you don't even need the $12 tethering charge. Bluetooth connection isn't working with my MacBook Pro but the USB connection is about twice as fast anyway. (I had bluetooth working with a 700p and did some testing)

So, does this look like a good alternative to PDA Net? I've been holding out on PDA Net because I'm too cheap... this one is only $19.95, which is a little bit more palatable for me...
