    just picked up another treo 700wx brand new....after the call connects it disconnects seconds later saying hanging up and then when you try to call back or call any other number it says dialing and then hanging up right away and a pop up appears..."call cannot be completed please check signal strength or phone number and try your call later" normally a soft reset fixes this but this time i did not do a soft reset i just waited....after a while i got an error that said "device.exe" failed and my phone restarted....anyone else getting this?

    Call sprint and tell them you need to reload your radio setting.They will walk you through the process.
