Is everyone running 1.13 or does 1.14 actually exist? (start>settings>about>phone)

I had an issue recently and the tech told me that my software version was outdated and that is why my SMS messaging was completely dead.

I made sure he was not confused by the SMS patch. He told me that 1.14 was available.

    1.14 is the latest.

It's just the SMS patch in ROM for newer built devices. Is no different than our current patch except it is ROM:

so did he up you to 1.14 or give you another device with 1.14?

did he just tell you that, fix or replace your phone, and send you home with 1.13

palm and sprint sites both show only the sms patch. this newer version may be a rom version that has the patch in it. it may be a version installed on new builds of the wx. so far, nothing to replace the 1.13

He told me to download 1.14 and that would fix my issue.

Got home and called tech support. They deleted my plan and then added it again. That fixed my issue of no incoming or outgoing sms.
