Is there any way to "read out" the longitude and latitude information that is in the phone? I assume the data is in there somewhere, as the phone is GPS enabled? I don't want a navigation system, just if I can read the long/lat numbers out.

No gps in any of the treos my friend.

Lat/long is becoming a feature that is only available on mid to high end gps these days anyway...

OK, thanks.. I thought the 700W was e911 capable (i.e. reporting GPS location)..

It is e911 capable- however it uses triangulation with the cell towers, not an actual GPS chip.
