    I know they've had problems here and there...but it's gone?

    Maybe they are planning to make it freeware.

    lol...yeah and those servers will pay for themselves.

    Well, I suppose anything is possible at this point, just hope that it's not gone forever. For all it's little problems, it was by far the best IM client out there and the only one with SMS relay.

    Looks like they haven't updated all the site pages yet since the support ones don't mention anything about being discontinued. Other than the "not for sale" item, the crawl text on the left makes it look like they've killed off the Sammy i3xx, i5xx and Treo-specific products. Likely because PDAApps was bought by IntelliSync which was bought by Nokia.
    Palm Pilot-->Handspring Visor-->Treo 300-->Treo 600-->Treo 650-->Treo 700p+E62-->Treo700p+Curve (8300)-->Curve (8330)

    Say goodbye to the much needed updates that Verichat should have done. Well, I did buy it a few weeks ago and I am glad I did, but makes me wonder why I just bought a program that will no longer be updated or supported. PDAAPPS sold out to Nokia just to have them completely stop production on all of their products. Intellistink!

    No more new subscriptions to Verichat. That sucks....my 15 days is up soon and I can't subscribe. F... Nokia! They killed it. They bought Intellisync who bought pdaapps and then killed the best handheld IM app. It's probably because they want a Symbian world and hate all other OS's. F*ck Nokia! I guess they will keep the proxy servers alive for a year and then kill them.

    Well this certainly sucks. I bought a subscription in Sept when I got my wx. I wonder if they will shut the servers off completely or will it just run. They better give refunds to anyone who purchased in the past if they do the former...

    No SMS relay... the best feature by far of Verichat. Pity... I wonder what it would take for me to make my own Proxy relay server so I don't have to depend on Verichat when they take down their servers.
