    Thanks Graylion,

I got AT&T to add an unlimited data plan for about $30 bucks.

I have a problem with the settings though. I wanted to follow the instruction but need more detail on navigating the menus. I have created the menus as I see them so that maybe you can "fill in the blanks" for me...

    :Start:Settings:Connection <click>Connections
    <click> Add new modem connection
Enter a name for the connection: TEST
Select a modem: Cellular Line (GPRS,3G)
    Access Point Name: <blank> Next:
    My Connection
    User name: <blank>
    Password: <blank>
    Domain: <blank>
    <click> Advanced
    <under TCP/IP tab select> Use server-assigned IP address
    <select> Use IP header compression
    <click Servers tab>
    <select> Use specific server address
    DNS: ?
    Alt NDS: ?
    WINS: ?
    Alt WINS ?

    <ok><Finish>

I did not see where to put this:
proxy: This network connects to the internet, uses a proxy,
    -- Advanced: http server = wap.mymmode.com port = 8080, server = localhost, port = 1080 sock4

Can you help? Step by step please?

    Thanks Again.

    :Start:Settings:Connection <click>Connections
<click> Edit my proxy server. listed under My Work Network.

If "My Work Network" is not present click the advanced tab on this screen and select networks.

You have 2 network choice drop downs. The first one will say My ISP or what ever name you named it. The second should say My Work Network. (Click OK)

Now you will have My Work Network and edit proxy server on the previous screen. Follow the previous instructions for :

proxy: This network connects to the internet, uses a proxy,
    -- Advanced: http server = wap.mymmode.com port = 8080, server = localhost, port = 1080 sock4

    Hope that helps.
