I would think that Verizon would actually be first. It would make sense to me that Vodaphone developed the new Treo with an dual agreement for both Verizon and Vodaphone, GSM and CDMA.

The 750 (so far) is a GSM only device. All signs (as well as rumors) appear to be leaning heavily toward a GSM US Cingular release. Heck, there's even an in-the-wild ROM.

Verizon had their moment in the sun with the 6 month 700w exclusive.

Phone scoop has the 700wx coming to verizon in November. But really, Vodaphone owns verizon, I would be suprised not to see the Verizon 750 pretty soon.

For what it's worth, my business rep at Cingular told me yesterday that they are shooting for a late November 750 release, but that he wouldn't be suprised if it got pushed to December or January. I'm not holding my breath.
