My IM through shape services started telling me that the AOL server wouldnt connect me. Sprint confirmed that they have been kicked off of AOL in a contract dispute.

On the SMS front sprint now claims its a verizon issue. Im cancelling spring and going back to verizon. Hopefully the rumors are true and Verizon will have the 700wx in another month.

Sprint is clearly not ready for prime time.

I just posted something in the Apps forum:

My IM+ has not been connecting to AOL... I have a 700w on Verizon.
Anyone know what is going on ?

Same here. Can someone try with Agile Messenger and see if that program connects to AOL?

I think its fixed now. I asked IM+ about it and this is the response I got:

    We apologize for all disadvantages!
There was a temporary problem, because AOL had changed protocol.
Now you need to upgrade your version of IM+ to 4.23 for free.
You can download the latest version from our Web-site:
    http://www.shapeservices.com/en/prod...tform=pocketpc
    or from our WAP-site:
    wap.shapeservices.com
If you still have any problems with the latest version, please let us know.
