    1. how do I delete all my calls? i'm not talking about the "call log", because i see the option for that. however, when you press the phone icon, it lists all your calls.

    2. my voice mail is messed up. when i press "1", it doesn't dial my phone number , it dials some random crap (ie. 002202200)

    sigh.......

I had a similar problem with my first 700wx. When I dialed my voicemail, it called some number like 000-000-9824 or something.

The fix was a new device. The first one was programmed badly or some such nonsense. I swapped it out, and the 2nd one was fine. You'll probably need to take it back, because I tried EVERYTHING before that, including several calls to support (ha.) and entering the reset codes into the dialpad. Seriously, don't worry about it; it's an easy fix, just an annoying trip back to the store.

Try reestablishing your voicemail speed dial. Delete, make new one, add phone #, go to advance and assign buttons. Worked for me.

how exactly do i get to here to delete this?:

    HKLM\System\Pictures\Camera\OEM\SoundFile

    Under "String" it should say

    \Windows\ShutterSound312.wav

Simply edit out this line and leave the string empty.

You need a registry editor like PHM
    http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/RegEdit/

or the one that comes with Resco Explorer.

you dont need a new device to fix the voicemail...that is crazy.

just do a ##786# and you'll need your MSL from sprint.

Then dial your MSL ##xxxxxx# and reprogram the phone.

on second thought get a replacement, haha
