I thought I saw a post about this "e-mobile tv" here on tc a while back, but my search results were no.

e-mobile tv is an app that requires a one time fee of $20. no monthly subscriptions. I emailed the vendor to find that there are like fifty chanels with most of them beling live chanels. the ones that aren't live are updated daily. there is no trial version available so I can't tell you really anymore than this. that is the reason for this post.

has anyone used this "e-mobile tv"? does it do a full screen mode? how does it compare with mobitv?

I liked mobitv, but $20 one time fee vs. $10 a month is nice. mobitv offers like 25 chanels and e-mobile tv has like 50.

I know most of the extra chanels could just be junk.

I would like to hear form some of you before I purchase. can't afford slingbox.

    thanks, cody

ps; herels the chanel listings for e-mobile tv...

20 dollar one time fee for all that? sounds too good to be true

They have a $15 dollar radio program too...though many stations across the country offer free streaming anyway:

Why not just get a TV tuner for $100 and get www.orb.com for free? I get 80 of my cable TV channels from home on my 700w anytime I want, no fees.

I have Slingbox and am loving it. It's a worthy inversion, I was lucky to get it while they were giving away free mobile player reg keys as long as you registered your box.

Or use Slingbox for TV, and Orb for music/downloaded videos. You can't go wrong
