This may be a dumb question but I'm new to the Treo world. I have a 700wx and I noticed that my today screen has a dedicated line/row at the top (below the windows Start icon) the says "Sprint" on the left side and shows the "location-enabled" icon and bluetooth icon on the right. How do I get rid of that row to have more space available for my Today screen? I have looked in the Today Screen setup area and even have unchecked every item but I still see it. Is this something particular to the Sprint version of the Treo?

    Thanks

I dont think it gives you the option to turn it off, as far as a stock setup goes... but perhaps theres some program that would help disable it, or move the important icons to the top bar... since it is just a big waste of space o.o specially for low resolution screens

    Anyone know of anything?

There is a hack that allows you to disable it, but it also takes away some of the lookup functionality. Unfortuantly, there is no clean way to hide it.

The hack is in this forum. Just search on it.

Keep your shirt on dude...either answer the question or ignore it. You took more time posting your response than had you just pointed me to the thread...

If you want more today screen you can use VJTodayToggle it will hide the top and bottom, just top or just bottom bar in the today screen.

The site looks to be down right now but here is a good start on the search whenever the site is back up. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...om&btnG=Search
