    I can't seem to get wireless sync to push email to me in a timely way. When I log in manually to my wireless sync account I can see email there but it doesn't push to my device until hours later. There seems to be a setting to adjust the push hours but it's dimmed out. Check attached screenshot. Has anyone experience this before?

    sounds like the account got munged...can you create a new one, or delete the existing one without a hard reset?
