    My 700w is about a week and a half old. I've had numerous complaints about the quality of the audio when speaking to people, to another cell or to a land line.

    Complaints have ranged from an echo, a distorted echo and generally mediocre voice quality emanating from my phone. I have, a couple of times, also heard the distorted echo in call.

    My earpiece (in phone) volume is not at the highest level, one or two clicks down.

    I was just on with a Verizon tech and he had me pull the battery and then reprogram via *22899. I don't yet know if that cured the echo problem but it didn't improve the general audio from my mic.

    Anyone having audio issues similar to this?

    No one else with an audio problem? I'm glad it's just me. Have to do an exchange Monday.
