Without the theme names, I can't help you, but if you follow the link I posted earlier, there are quite a few themes made for square screens.

Introducing the ULTIMATE QVGA WeatherPanel theme for the Treo:

A "stylus-free" theme for all QVGA devices - 240x320 and 240x240 (square screens).

    -

    Features:
    • Large "thumb-able" buttons for one-handed access to all features
    • Supports both rectangle (240x320) and square (240x240) screens
    • Easy access to detailed weather forecasts, images and charts
    • Multiple layout sizes, from short (48 pixels) to tall (220 pixels)
    • Transparent - works well with any Today theme
    • MASSIVE icons (courtesy of Yahoo) make a serious weather statement
    • Layouts to fit SPB Mobile Shell and SBSH PocketBreeze w/side tabs
    • All layouts and screens have been built from the "ground up" for maximum accessibility, usability and readability
    • CAB files included for easy installation to your storage card
Installation instructions can be found in the PhatPhinger QVGA Readme file (found inside the zip files).

Note: This theme MUST be used with the PhatPhinger QVGA Icon set. It won't not work correctly with other icon sets. The PhatPhinger icons are basically just the Yahoo icon set - with Huge and Huger icons added in. To work with another icon set, the icons and/or the layouts would need to be tweaked.

    Get it HERE or HERE

    Enjoy!

Wow Storyr, another brilliant theme. Unfortunatly for me, I use the resco today plug in along with mobile shell and its just to big using the 240x240 135 layout. Great work though.

Thanks! Do you know how much space you do have? I could try tweaking another layout size...

Not 100% sure. I can tell you that if you made it the same size as your son-of-a-commuter theme I would be in business.

I second that, especially if it it was made clear.

If you're talking about PhatPhinger, it is clear - that's one of it's features

That would be 123 pixels. I'll take a look this evening...

    Unless...

You still use yr carrier bar (say for TA)...

Storyr, umm... do you think you could maybe throw together a theme that fits within Mobile Shell but accounts for a carrier bar?

I realize that we're talking a lot of pixels, but I really like my TA where it is...

And if not, I totally understand. I'll find a workaround.

(And I know that there are smaller themes, but they're not as fun!)

I have two other requests for a "Son-of-Commuter-240" sized layout, which is 123 pixels. I'll play around with it this evening an see what I can come up with...
