Probably not...more than likely they'll wait until Ev-DO Revision A is out before they get another Treo.

any idea when that is supposed to happen?

Probably not for a while in my opinion. I haven't heard anything about Verizon rolling out Revision A, while Sprint hopes to have it done by the end of the year. Personally, I think it may be a good year before we see a new Treo on Verizon.

EDIT: But now that I think about it, there's nothing that stops Verizon from releasing a Treo that supports Rev A speeds, even if they haven't rolled out their Rev A network. It would look bad for Sprint to have a brand new Treo that supports Rev A and whatever else Palm might toss in, and for Verizon to still be stuck on the 700p and 700w.

I don't mind the wait. Only thing that would make me upgrade is more ram, 420x420 resolution, better bluetoothstack, ad2p profile cluded, as well as video ringtones.

    I'm looking for stability!
    My 700w still freezes/ locks-up regularly.
I thought the increased memory might help.
