    There doesn't seem to be any setting for the amount of files that Internet Explorer caches. I've set the stored history down to 2 days and when I go and empty it's internet files, I get an extra 9MB free!

    What does it do? Keeping sucking up room until it uses it all? Every other system I've seen let's you set a limit on how space the browser can use up for caching. Is there any way to do that?

    You can limit the amount of cache PIE uses with this Microsoft Power Toy:

    Personally, I've not had great success with it (it never really worked for me for some reason). I just use memmaid to clear out my cache, as well as many other junky files:
