    I have phone on as well as active sync listed under RUNNING PROGRAMS LIST. What can I do to increase my available memory? thanks.

    That's a feature

    Search the memory threads in this section for the how to's and what to search for.....but 9 MB is about the best ya gonna get.

    What Jack said. One thing to add is that Windows Mobile will automatically close apps to make room for a new app to run so you shouldn't be too worried about having to close apps unless you run an app that leaks memory. To free up leaked memory you need to soft reset.

    or run oxios hibernate. There is a thread somewhere in the forum. I never really have to soft reset now as oxios is run in the background whenever I wake up the treo, it returns all the memory that has been leaked

    Awesome. I can actually see and get > 10 MB Memory for the 1st time.
