    I am NOT doing the update this time.. Luckily the replacement had not been updated yet - and i am not going to update it.... My phone worked great before that devil update.. I dont use the Exchange Activesync so i dont see a need to do the update..
    Hopefully my phone will go back to normal now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just remember to keep that windows\temp dir empty and it should work fine. I've had no such "bad" luck with my replacement treo. It's been working fine. Can't call verizon to replace it if it's working.

    Do i need to do this if i dont perform the update? If so - how do i do it?

    just use file explorer to go to \windows\temp and select all files then delete. Do this once every couple of weeks.

    I am on my 3rd phone and found that doing the update before I installed ANYTHING
    else made a world of differance. I have had no problems with this one(so far).
