My 600 has issues tracking meetings when crossing timezones.

    Scenario 1:
Phone set to EDT, Laptop set to EDT, synch a meeting scheduled for 10AM EDT.
Travel to CDT timezone. Phone changes to CDT. Meeting is now scheduled for 10AM CDT.

    Scenario 2:
Phone set to CDT, Laptop set to EDT, synch a meeting scheduled for 10AM EDT on the laptop. Phone sees the meeting as 10AM CDT.

Will I have these issues on the 700W? I travel constantly for work and I want to use my phone to help me track appointments, even when I cross timezones.

I travel a lot with my treo PDT to EDT FREQUENTLY and as long as your phone it set to pull the network time, it will change your calendar times as well.

That is exactly what I want my phone to do. My Treo 600 doesn't do this. Are we saying it is a Palm limitation then?

Don't know, the only palm I ever used before the 700w is an old Vx with OS 3. I just know that you can pull the time from the network and it will convert the timezone for you.
