    I really like MyPersonalDiet and the developer has been very responsive in adding support for the Treo 240X240 screen.

    Can you transfer the reports to your PC and print/edit easily?

    The running log looks great. I've been too lazy to make my own spreadsheet. It's almost spring, so this could help motivate me to get back on a regular running schedule.

    Keyoe has a great Windows / Pocket PC / Palm utility with Diet and Exercise Asssitant. The others are nmore specific apps like weight training,,,what weight, how many reps etc.
