    ok i had wireless sync actiated and set up to recieve my emails.....then realized i dont want to pay verzion all that money....so i disabled the wireless sync and did a hard reset to fully disable it.......now when i go to outlook and click send/recieve for my pop3 email, it works fine in retrieving the mail...BUT am i still being charged that data fee even though im not using wirless sync????.

    Yes. You're being charged for data access, not wireless sync - WS is simply a portion of Verizon's data access package. When you hit send/receive in Pocket Outlook, your phone connects to the Verizon (data) network and begins the mail retrieval process. This is also true if you surf the web using pocket internet explorer.
