    Has anyone else had a problem with the Ringer switch on the top of the device? I've gone through two devices in the last 2 weeks and I'm getting a third replacement tomorrow. Palm and Verizon support are telling me that they have not heard of this problem before. What are the odds that I received two faulty devices in 2 weeks? I really like the Treo 700w but what's the use if the phone doesn't ring?

    BTW, I only used the Ringer on-n-off switch about 6 times with each phone.

    Anyhow having this problem?

    What problem exactly are you having with it? I use it every day turning the ringer off at work and on at home. I haven't had any issues at all. I love having a physical switch to do this instead of having to use the software. It is so much easier.

    The switch gets a little "squishy" and then doesn't work. This is really bad because both times it gets stuck in the "off position" and the phone won't ring. Try as I might I can't get it to the "on position". But yes, I agree I love the switch.
