My OK button stopped working and holding it down no longer brings up the Close All option menu (although the single click OK function works fine).
I already checked the Buttons Settings in the Settings menu...
if anyone knows why this doesn't work, please let me know. thx

check to see how your buttons are mapped in the start-settings-button menu....i know you can also "control-ok" to get to the same thing (i think)

I lost the default ok function when I change it to a different one. since I notice I need to keep an eye on running programs, I tried
to put it back but to no avail. it will close programs but holding it won't do a thing.

Can someone post the DEFAULT settings under their
Start\Settings\Buttons on their 700w, so I can verify before attempting a hard reset? thx

    same thing happened to me.....

fix: make sure that the "option+ok" is switched to "task manager" as well.

I've got one. Every time I soft reset, I lose the functionality of my mappable buttons. I must MANUALLY go through and reset all of the buttons. Whats more, after the soft reset, the buttons show the same mapping, they just dont wotk. I have to map the button to a new app, and then remap to the old one. So the windows & ok stop working! Whats all this?!?
