I just installed batterypack pro and it's pretty ****ing slick. I love the close button as well as the shortcuts on the first and being able to tell what programs are open. Also running that other program it comes with...'Journal' something and Calc1 which I like.

I'll probably buy all of them, but spending 70+ on a ppc program somehow doesnt sit right with me.

Also running opera because I LOVE the way it renders websites. I didn't realize how actually 'quick' it was until I downloaded Netfront as well and went to a bunch of regular non pda sites in those two browsers and PIE--if only the tabs worked like Netfront I'd be all set.

    For people using Pocket Informant:

Does PI use the built-in photo field that synchronizes with Outlook, or does it maintain its own database for photos like Agendus does? Also, when adding things to the calendar, contacts, tasks, etc. do these changes get sent thru ActiveSync to Outlook, or is there its own database for this information that I would have to maintain separately?

    Thanks for the info.

Photo does NOT sync w/Outlook. Own database.

Try the beta of 3.3... But it doesn't fix the range issue.

    Thanks Plasmo!

I will need (or want rather) to wait until I can find a replacement PIM app that will sync the contact pictures directly from Outlook, so I only have to manage it in one place.
