    Ok,

I did a little search for this and came up empty.

The voice stuff on the 700W - any idea how to get this working?

I see in the phone settings that you can "ENABLE" but how exaclty can you use this feature.

    Thanks in advance!

Assign voice command to the button on the side of the phone. Enable the options that you want... then simply press the button on the side of the phone until you see a microphone in the screen banner than give it a clear voice command. Help is a good one to start with it will ask help on what. Hear are some other commands that I find useful.

    Help
    What time is it
    What date is it
    What is battery level
    dial 5551212
    call Fred Smith
    start media player
    start calculator

It is not perfect but it works amazingly well since you do not have to train it for a specific voice. Note after a command the phone will repeat the command you must say "Yes" to actually place the call. Good Luck.

You can, however, turn off this required confirmation step in the Voice Command options (in the Settings menu) under "phone." Though unless you like to live on the edge, the confirmation's probably a good idea

I'm a big fan of Voice Command, especially for launching applications. It goes a long way toward making the 700w easier to operate, one-handed and otherwise.

A tip: I've found that a soft reset after you install an application seems to help VC recognize the new app in the Program menu.
