    Hobbes, i read your faq on changing the synchronozation schedule but my schedule icon is always grayed out, i cant access the settings to change them!
    Anybody know what im doing wrong?

    I don't know, but mine is greyed out too......it is driving me nuts!

    The first obvious question is.....is the phone NOT connected when trying? You cannot access any AS settings when it is actively syncing.

    Both ways.
    whether the phone is connected or not the schedule icon is grayed out both on the desktop active sync and on the treo application.
