    Hello.

Anyone figure out how to delete multiple messages in Outlook? Or even do a "Select All" and mass delete?

    Thanks.

You can highlight the top message and then hold and drag down with the stylus to highlight all subsucent emails. Then hold down the stylus on any of the highlighted emails, (or 5-way) and select delete, mark as read, unread etc.

    THANK YOU!!!!!

On another note. Is there a way to highlight say the first email, then the 3rd, then the 6th, the same way you can on a PC by holding the CTRL key? I'd love to be able to actually select which one's I'd like to delete, but I don't think there is a CTRL key on the 700w.

    Thanks for any help.

Nice, have you tried it on the 700w yet? Just curious.

I can't seem to mark all messages as Read. I only see the option to keep as unread message.
    Can someone help?
    Thanks,
    Mark

there is probably one little mail that has been opened in your multiple selections. choose "unread" and then choose "mark read" (since they will all be still highlighted.
