I recently saw a Verizon ad in WSJ for the new Blackberry. It actually promoted the DUN feature, saying you could use the Blackberry as a modem for your laptop to connect to Wireless Broadband (EV-DO).

MobileTechReview says DUN is coming to the Treo 700w.

My B2B rep offered the tethering option like the blackberry for my Treo 700w. Maybe I should add it and see what he says.

The cost on the Blackberry is $15 and thats what I was told as well, but I don't need tethering for my daily use so I opted out. Now I have to get ahold of him or call CS and ask about it. Maybe he was wrong or was told yes, but it was yes for later on. Hope to get an answer soon.

There are three options with different prices for tethering.
