Palm pre minus , Touchscreen half not working

I am not really sure why after a week of not using it, half of the screen is no longer responsive (left side). even the gesture area. I am now unable to open any programs or menus that are located on the left side of the screen
I don't have any more warranty for this. So I hope it's fixable. If not, I dont know what to do with this phone

Any ideas guys?
