My New HPPre 3 won't get passed Data Not Restored

I do not see a fix for the Date Not Restored problem. Anyone able to help Me?

Reboot, try again? If you want to ignore the data restore, you can bypass activation at this point and use the phone with Palm Profile intact (I think, I'm not completely sure).
