Chances this is a bad Pre?

I won this auction for a Pre on Ebay. I already have chargers and batteries(Centro batteries), but I'm worried the spots on the screen might indicate water damage. Is there a chance this Pre might not power on at all?

No, that looks like a screen protector that has bubbles behind it. I would be more worried if the MEID is still good. If it is that would be a good buy just for the comm board for a Sprint Frankin Pre2.

The spots could also be due to how the screen protector film adheres to the screen...

But it does say this to the right of the price tag:

Take note, Centro batteries are not the same as the Pre's stock battery.
While I have no firsthand experience, I've heard it may work, but not optimally.

Just be careful with it.
